After charging my Charge 3 yesterday, my fit bit now suddenly not recording my steps, heart rate etc. The time and date is still working. Grateful if you can assist.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 stopped recording your steps, heart rate and other details after charging. Thank you for letting me know that the time and date is still working, I am here to help. I recommend doing a restart by following the steps in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
