Charge 3 not registering EOV

I’ve read several posts, but haven’t seen a solution. I’ve had my Fitbit for 18 months. After faithfully tracking my EOV during sleep when Fitbit added that feature earlier this year, it stopped doing it after recharging my Charge 3 last weekend.
It is snug on my wrist.
I sleep between 6 - 7 hours a night.
I restarted it Wednesday, no luck.
I rebooted it yesterday, no luck.  
Anyone tried anything that actually works?
