Charge 3 not registering active minutes and calories

Brand new Charge 3 after only a month it’s stopped recording active and calories the Fitbit Customer Service is absolutely appalling, it taken me over 2 months to get through and and it just the standard reboot.

Thanks for troubleshooting this information issue. I would like to know if you keep having problems with the data that your tracker is recording? What troubleshoot besides restart have you tried?.

I contacted Fitbit and they replaced my Fitbit.
