My Charge 3 is no longer tracking active minutes, even when I had 17,000 plus steps mowing lawn. Is there anyway to correct this. I have tried re-booting it.

My FitBit Charge 3 is fully charged. I wore it while I rode my stationary bike for 39.46 minutes at a high gear and hi cadence today and the active minutes did not register.

Welcome to the Forums, @BettyW936.
Thanks for troubleshooting this active minutes issue. Which activity are you doing in to earn active minutes? Is it a high intense activity? Are you stopping at any moment of the activity? Please make sure you followed the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? in order to restart your device.
I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

I was on my elliptical for 40 minutes with 82% cardio but registered no active minutes and only 29 calories burned...this is a brand new replacement tracker sent to me because my last one quit working
