Charge 3 not registering active minutes

I got my Fitbit Charge 3 at Xmas. Since the 1st Jan my active minutes are not syncing. It shows that I haven't had any active minutes at all since the 1st. Before the 1st, walking my dog classed as active minutes whereas now nothing seems to be picked up.

For more information about active minutes, I recommend checking the article: What are active minutes?. Now, if your tracker isn't registering your active minutes, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

 

In the meantime, you can manually log the activity by following the steps in the help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?.
