Charge 3 not registering calories of foods entered manually

So aggravating! My Fitbit Charge 3 wont register calories anymore for new food entries! It registers all other info (grams of carbs, fat, sodium...) but won’t hold calories!!! How the heck are we supposed to track our food plan and calories consumed vs burned this way?!

everything worked fine until last week!

 

Please FIX this problem ASAP!!

Is this problem with logging custom foods? If so, then it's a known issue that Fitbit are working on. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
