My Charge 3 is not showing distance when I'm cycling.

I am sorry for the delay in response, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. 

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your distance information? If you Charge 3 registering now? Are you still experiencing this problem? Which troubleshoot have you tried so far? How are you registering your activities?.

I have the same problem! No distance, 0 active minutes. The fit bit 3 acts as if I were sitting on the couch watching TV...

Still not registering distance. It registers walking, running but not cycling
