Hi all,
Don’t know if anyone else is having this problem as well but feels like the app more so then the Fitbit might have a bug.
-I’m on an iOS 13.3.1
-When tracking an activity like walking, the HR stats are not available as part of the activity (like the pace, calories, distance and map) in the Activity section. However, HR info is there the HR section.
-This issue is not seen when I log an activity like yoga, as the calories burned, the HR and steps stats appear after entering the activity.
Is there a way to make sure the HR is recorded while tracking an activity? This is frustrating since now Fitbit is giving me the option to see my HR on the GPS map of my activity but says not enough data was collected when it’s all there in the HR section.
Thanks!
