I’ve had my Charge 3 for a year and a half. Just did an update because my sleep wasn’t tracking now my heart rate active and resting disappeared and still no sleep tracking. Two of the main reasons I use my Fitbit. Any ideas!

It's great to welcome you, @BusymomMN.

 

If your tracker isn't registering your heart rate information, it won't be able to track your sleep. Please take a look at the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the tips provided there. Once you follow them, test the unit.
