Has anyone else had the HR monitor or other function stop working a year or so into wearing it? My warranty expired 2 months ago and after unsuccessful troubleshooting with customer service, they offered me a 25% off coupon for a new device. Is my problem a fluke or have other people had their device stop working a year or so in? I’m looking at other fitness trackers to replace my Charge 3

Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period.
