Charge 3 not registering my information

So i got the Charge 3 exactly a year ago and about 6 months ago it completely stopped working so Fitbit got me a replacement which was i guess used Charge 3 cuz it had scratches. I was OK with it until few days ago it stopped tracking anything.

 

It is just a not so great watch. Not tracking HR, steps nor calories. The HR tracking green light is not there. I tried every. Restarting, soft reset, hard reset and unpairing etc. Nothing. Also the screen has about 3 lines that doesn't work. I am very disappointed with Fitbit and next time i think i will try something else.
