Charge 3 not registering sleep

Hello All, I notice my sleep has not been tracked for last three nights on my Fitbit Charge 3. Device is synced with iPhone 11. I do not wear the device too loosely, let it track sleep automatically not manually. Tried looking on help topics but they won’t show in English only in Japanese! Please, how can I fix these issues?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this sleep issue.

 

If your Charge 3 isn't recording this information, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the Fitbit on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in the help article: How do I edit my sleep history in the Fitbit app?
