On only two occasions I've seen the sleep stages and sleep score. Heartbeat reading, steps, etc. are fine - that is, watch is reading my wrist.
Some posts have said NOT to push the Going to Sleep and I'm Awake buttons. If that's the case, if you are NOT supposed to tell the watch you're going to sleep and you've woken up, that's frankly ridiculous. I have yet to find a specific instruction in all the built-in help other than "... automatically detects sleep ..." which says nothing about NOT pushing the sleep/awake buttons.
Saying someone is asleep just because they haven't moved for a while means the developer has probably never experienced meditation and/or drinks too much coffee.
I will try it tonight WITHOUT pushing "Going to Sleep". If it works that way, you have some serious software design issues..
