Charge 3 not responding to charger

I recently upgraded my Charge 2 to a Charge 3 so I'm familiar with several of the features and how to use them. I was able to successfully charge and update my watch when I got it. I also charged it about to days later. But ever since then, I have tried many times and been able to get it to charge. I never got any haptic feedback or the battery icon signifying a  it was charged. I tried to perform a rest, using different adapters, different outlets, cleaning the connections. Nothing has worked please help me. I miss my watch!

Thank you for your response. I have been trying that but been unsuccessful.
I get the clips to snap firmly over the face and have the button centered,
have even tried to see if I could slightly shift positions, but it likes
the center position. I have tried to leave it plugged in all day to see if
the battery was too low to display a anything, but still nothing. 😣

The Charge 3 is not obvious about fitting correctly in the charging cradle.  Look at the charging pins before to try to get them to match up right.  The "button" should be right in the middle of the hole.  Wiggle it around a bit and try to get the 2 holding prongs to snap onto the sides.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I contacted customer service. They asked me if the green lights were displaying underneath. Surprisingly, I hadn't noticed until then... They had been out for several days! Customer service determined that the device needed to be replaced. A new one is on its way.

I had the exact same issue with mine. Customer Service offered a replacement. It seems to be a known issue. Sucks and I hope the replacement works out.
