Charge 3 not showing correct time

I can't get the Fitbit app to stick to the correct time zone, and because of the same thing my Charge 3 is 1 hour behind. I tried uninstalling and re installing the app but, every single time it changes the time from Mountain (mine) to Pacific, I already turned off the auto and manually set it up but when I close the app and re open it, it goes back to Pacific.. it's been 1 week and I feel like I've tried everything. Please help.

Are you verifying if your Charge 3 is syncing properly? Keep in mind that it needs to be constantly syncing in order to keep the correct time. If the issue is with syncing, I recommend following the steps in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
