I have the S10 and Charge 3. The past two days, I have no heart rate data at all, the last day was Wednesday 29th April... No graph showing yesterday and today. Yet if I go into heart rate zones its obviously recording my data... How do I get it working again? I've re-installed the app, cleared cashe and data, unconnected and reconnected my Fitbit, unconnect and reconnected the option to track heart rate, restarted my phone multipule times... Fitbit is becoming infuriating!

I have heart rate data on the tracker but no resting heart rate on my android phone. it records as zero.

Same thing with the heart rate on an Apple IPhone either it works for a while then goes out, I'm pretty confident that they are working on it right now, because I spoke with someone yesterday, and that's what they told me anyway!
