Charge 3 not showing heart rate

My fit bit charge 3 is not showing my heart rate from 4 days..

p.s before it was working very well

suddenly heart rate is not showing 

although i did restart but still having same problem 

plz solve it as soon as possible

NOT solved for my new Charge 3 on Android. And the help documents don't help as the feature they say to turn on is now no longer an option in the app - they say it's always on, but it still doesn't work...

Yes, I resolved the heart rate issue. Follow the steps previously listed.

Swipe the face 3 times to the left.

Tap on SETTINGS

Swipe up to HEART RATE

If it says OFF then Tap it once to turn it ON

My Charge 3 HR monitor is also not working. it has been working fine for the last year. Yesterday, It started reading my HR at 145 bmp while i was resting and for the rest of the day. Then it just turned off completely. I restarted it 3 times to no positive effect. I tried swiping over to settings on my device screen but it shares the screen with Weather and when I try to click on settings, weather opens up every time.

its still very broken. Now it is randomly buzzing and flipping from one screen to the next without any contact by me

I would call Fitbit about an exchange for your issue with it.
I once had to have my Charge 3 exchanged due to white-out screen. It was
sent out quickly after going over troubleshooting with them.

No heartbeat recorded on dashboard for 24 hours. Heartbeat working on Charge 3. Resting heartbeat not changed either on dashboard.

Tried reboot but still not showing as graph.

I wear it correctly. Reboot my Fitbit. Turned the heat rate on/off. Cheated the data, but it still doesn't show the heat rate. Any help will be appreciated

Mine stopped 3 days ago and I have reset it a couple of times to no avail. I tried this and to my surprise the heart rate was set to "off" - I have no idea how this happened since its been working for months but it did fix the problem, however its doesn't explain how it mananged to switch itself off in the first place.

I tried connecting to my charger cable to restart, saw the smiley face, but still no heart rate.

The same thing happened to me. I have no idea how it switched to "OFF"
either. The only thing that I can think of is perhaps an update that I
wasn't aware of.

I have restarted my Fitbit, adjusted my bracelet and so on but still it is not showing heart rate.

Swipe LEFT 3 times, then swipe UP until you see the SETTINGS area.

Tap on SETTINGS, then swipe UP until you see HEART RATE.

Tap on HEART RATE, and make sure that it is ON.


For some reason the HEART RATE gets randomly turned off.

I think you'll be ok, my sleep wasn't being recorded properly either when
the heart rate was switched off.
You can look at your Fitbit or phone and check if the heart rate is
actually bring recorded. I just wasn't paying attention to it during the
switched off days.

In my case, that is how I realized that my heart rate wasn't swited ON. I was looking to my dashboard for my sleep data and it was blank.  

I suppose it's different for everyone. The Charge 3 is a great device, for all of it's features, I just find that it's quite glitchy.

Glitchy is a good description. I'm on my second Charge 3. The first one wouldn't detect me swimming so they sent another. It was no better but then the first one had an issue with the screen so I binned it. This one has been OK but it locks up once in a while and needs to be reset.

Thankyou for the respons. The heart rate is turned on but it still does not
work. My Charge 3 still does not show heart rate. I have also tightened the
bracelet and restarted. What to do?

I would suggest contacting the tech dept by phone or email.
Perhaps they know a trick that I am not aware of.
