Charge 3 not showing my steps

I am unable to get the steps to show up on the Fitbit. It shows in the dashboard. I went into the settings to set it as my main goal, it is set as main goal however the box is grayed out and I can not click on the steps in the settings.

A warm welcome to the Community @hillford.

Thanks for troubleshooting this steps issue by yourself. Could you please be more specific about it? You can't see your steps on your tracker? Have you check that the selected clock face have the option to show your steps? Or you can't see this information in the Today option?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I am having the same issue.

I selected Retro Double stat clock face - but every time I want to see my steps, I have to tap on the watch face.  It used to be the default screen, but now shows data I am not interested in.

There is a glitch.

FYI - I did just try downloading a different face, and once that downloaded, reverting back to the one I wanted (Retro Double stat), downloading that back onto my watch again.

And for now, that seems to have helped.
