charge 3...it's not on my bluetooth list, but i have app

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Charge 3 is not on your Bluetooth list. Thanks for the details shared, I am glad to assist you. Fitbit devices use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to sync with phones, tablets, and certain computers. If you experience any difficulties with syncing your tracker, please follow the troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
