Hello guys,

I'm having troubles with logging my running. When I go for a run and record this session with the Fitbit app, my heart rate is not shown after the run? I also tried to use Strava connected with Fitbit, however it still doesn't show my heart rate when running?


But it does show my heart rate when I go cycling.. Weird.. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

I am sorry for the delay in response and the efforts in trying to fix this exercise issue. Can you please tell me how are you logging your activities? Check the help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? in the meantime. 

 

Also, can you provide me with some screenshots of this?.
