Hi my Charge 3 band says 'sleep not tracked' but the Fitbit app show it was tracked the first night i wore it but not since. Do i need to select start sleep each night or should this be automatic? My wifes old alta did this and new versa also does this automatically. Have checked settings and wrist placement. Am at a loss! Is my charge 3 faulty?
