Not used for a while and now the app no longer shows me sleep or steps, it says I now have to pay £7.99 pm for these items?

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not showing steps and sleep recorded from your Charge 3. You don't need to pay to see this data but you can join Fitbit premium with added features. Still I would like to see a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account. Also have you synced your tracker? If it hasn't synced then no data will be available on the app. You can follow these instructions to sync your tracker.
