Charge 3 not showing sleep score

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

I was gifted a Fitbit Charge 3 for my Christmas and was over the moon as I’d been looking at these for a while! After two nights of displaying my sleep score and stages after the third night it stopped and has not displayed stages or scores since. It has now been nearly a week. I have tried all the fixes suggested in previous threads of replies and still nothing is resolving it. My phone is up to date, the app is up to date, I’ve logged out and logged back in, I’ve removed and reinstalled the app, I’ve reluctantly signed up to premium and STILL nothing. Can someone from Fitbit please respond with a resolution? I’m concerned this is turned out to be a total waste of money!!?!!!?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks

Amy

Hello there @Amy-F87, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation prior to contacting us.

Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Note that we are aware of Sleep Score may take longer than usual to appear in the app. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.

We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime.

This seemed to be an issue 6 months ago that still is not fixed even though you're "working hard to fix the problem"...typical fitbit support and canned scripted responses...so disappointing.  There is a difference between say you care and actually fixing the problem.
