It’s been weeks since I’ve gotten sleep stages on my Charge 3. I’ve continued trying to resolve this issue by following all the advice, to no avail. It makes me wonder if it’s related to heart rhythm issues, but I don’t think things are any different for me than they were a month or two ago. I’m paying for premium, so this is especially frustrating. Is there any way it can be a glitch in the Fitbit itself?

Sorry to hear that you aren't getting sleep stages with your Charge 3. You mentioned you followed some instructions but don't provide details about them. You may not get Sleep Stages for the following reasons:

Ah, the standard response that helps nobody.
I posted about this problem on 3rd Oct. and asked for help...not the decency of a reply.
Not only do I not have sleep stages but now my Charge 3 says that I begin sleep at 3.50 A.M. when I am always asleep before 1 a.m.
This is my second Fitbit...it's also my last.
