After reaching 10,000 steps I don’t get my reward anymore. My Fitbit used to vibrate and I would get a reward in the form of a disco ball, bird, running shoe, etc. I checked all my settings and it doesn’t seem like anything has changed. How do I get my reward back?

@Lauramark9 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your with your Charge 3 not showing a goal celebration. Make sure that the tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode by long pressing the button. Also check the goal is still set correct on the Fitbit app. If the issue persists I suggest you restart your tracker.
