No idea why, but the time on my Charge 3 keeps going way off. Sometimes it's an hour behind, but at the moment more than 12 hours. At a point the time went back to what is should be, only to fall behind again. I tried restarting, but that didn't fix it. Also, I can't synchronize to my Fitbit app anymore. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for troubleshooting this timezone issue. If your Fitbit isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.
To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time and if it isn't syncing, follow the ones in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Hi Alejandra,
Thanks for your reply. However, I dont have a timezone issue. The peoblem.is that time gradualy fals further behind. I got it back to the roght time about two weeks ago, which was the last time it synchronised. Cant get it to synchronise anymore. Tried removing and reinstalling the fitbit app and restarting my fitbit. Stil no synchronising going on. Is there anything else I could try?
Thanka
