My charger 3, is not showing my walk information. Start time, heart rate etc.

I have charger 3 SE. it's  working now. Recorded on my walk today. I didn't  have  it placed properly on my wrist. Should be width of finger,  from wrist bone. I've had a fitbit for years. Never a problemSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

When you say you recorded the walk, how was the walk recorded?

Did you let Fitbit decide, or manually started the walk ?
