Charge 3 not syncing automatically and previous step days are erased

Replacement fitbit does not automatically synch. When it finally does synch., it doesn't store my achievements for previous days. Says zero steps etc.

Thank you for the detailed information. If your Charge 3 is having any inconvenience to sync automatically when you open the App, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also, please try to perform a restart by doing the steps here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
