I have been trying since 2 hours. I have tried everything but my watch doesn't seem to sync my steps into the app. I don't want to reset my watch to lose my steps.
It just keeps on saying 'sync is taking s while, sit on tight'. And it's been 2 hours it's been doing the same thing.
What to do? Please helppppppp

Thank you. I did this 10x times, and I already came across this link and did everything it said but it wasn't working.
So I had to reset my watch and I lost all my activities and data. But it is working ok now.
So for everyone going through the same problem, you guys just need to reset your watch, but just be mindful and reset it when you're not doing anything or before going out for a walk or run.
I think this is a bigger issue than just sending links, cuz I'm sure most of the users have come across the links many times.
Please look into this issue as many people are facing the same problem.

I am sorry to hear your activities and data were lost, you can log the activity manually as described in How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
