Charge 3 not syncing with phone and losing time.

hi i have emailed you earlier in the week and have not received a reply so thought I would try this forum.  My fit bit charge 3 is not syncing with the app.  I have tried to sync it with my phone, tablet, and computer.  The device finds the fitbit but is unable to sync with it, as a result it is losing time and not able to record any of my stats.  This has been for over a week now and I am keen to resolve this issue.  I have tried rebooting the fitbit and I have deleted and redownloaded the app on my devices.  Any help would be gratefully received.  Thanks 😊

I am having the same issue. I am came on here looking for help. I did the firmware update may 1-2 weeks ago and I feel like the issue started after that. Please let me know if you learn anything.
