Charge 3 not syncing

What’s up with that...Won’t synch in app or online...won’t synch in iPhone or iPad.  
Very frustrating.  Had issues before.  

‘There must be a better product out there!

Thanks.  Been there, done that...Countless times.  Never stays paired. 

It irritates me to no end.

In addition to the troubleshooting steps shared in the link above, you can set up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
