I purchased my Charge 3 in May last year. Last month I noticed it's not tracking floors properly. I researched the forum, reset my tracker, did all the troubleshooting listed, not fixed. Last week I noticed my HR is way off. I'm walking fast enough to breathe heavily, manually my heart rate reaches over 160 consistently, my tracker says just over 100. Again I researched, reset, adjusted the fit of the band, nothing. What else I'd there???
