Charge 3 not tracking active minutes accurately

Fitbit charge 3

Hi,

Active minutes were recording correctly until a few days ago, now only about one day in three even though strenous walks completed. Everything else is correct, only one month old!

Hi @G1NN  Try restarting your charge 3 several times and see if that sorts it out.
