Charge 3 not tracking active minutes

Active minutes has stopped recording regardless how active I am, how come?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this issue affecting Active Minutes only or other stats like steps, heart rate, etc? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 3 and let me know if the issue persists.

To reset attach the charger 3 to the charger and hold the button for 8 seconds or until I see the HAPPY face and I will not loose any information correct.
