Charge 3 not tracking all my steps

My Charge 3 is a couple years old and it seems to be less sensitive to my steps: it's showed the same number for 15 minutes even though I've walked. Is there anything I can do short of replacing?

Hi @Lwdooley, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it's not tracking your steps accurately.

 

In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Charge 3 as advised in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps taken.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
