The last few says my charge 3 has been counting very high HR while I’m not doing anything excessive. My norm is 48-52pm abbd it’s showing me around 120-140 whole at rest! 🙄

Hi @Rheanna, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it's tracking high heart rate readings. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
