Hi, I received my Charge 3 preorder in the mail today. After going through the initial set up process, syncing it to my phone, deleting my Charge 2 from my phone exc. I put on my new Charge 3. My heart rate showed up on the Fitbit for a few minutes and then it completely stopped picking it up. I cleaned the back (even though it wouldn’t be dirty yet), tried wearing the band looser and then tighter, lower on my wrist then higher up on my arm... and it is still not showing a heart rate at all- just the - -. I’m sad because I really wanted to try it out tonight with my workout! Any suggestions?

Also just wanted to add that in my settings on the Fitbit I have Heartrate turned ON.

I have had mine about 10 days, and suddenly yesterday the heart rate is not working. I logged out and back in, I went to the actual Fit Bit website to check and re- select auto for heart rate. Nothing happening.
Did you ever get yours working again?

I’ve had my Charge 3 for 15 months & my heart rate has never shown on my screen. It said to try pairing with my phone. That seems to be an issue. I cannot keep it on “all day sync”, never have been able to or it kicks me off of Bluetooth & notifications. Bought my husband a new Charge 3 Christmas 2019 & everything works fine. Seems they got the bugs out. I should send his back if mine isn’t fixed or replaced!
