My charge 3 has suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate. It hasn’t worked for a few days now.
There green light is still working but there’s no HR on the FitBit or the app.
I’ve tried cleaning the back, holding it on my arm, resetting it via the FitBit and none of these have worked

All sorted thank you! It had gotten turned off in the settings in the watch, I didn’t realise it could be turned on/off from there
