Charge 3 not tracking my walks

To track your exercises, please make sure to follow this guide. Whether this doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps.
If you continue having difficulties, please provide us with the following information:
- Are you tracking your walks automatically or manually?
- Is your Charge 3 recording any other activity?
- Do you see any error when trying to track your exercises?
- Since when did this issue start?

I walk 4 miles a day to work and back and it only tacks 2 miles of them ,I complained about this with the 1st charge 3, fitbit replaced it and it's still happening

If your walks are recorded automatically by your Fitbit Charge 3, the distance will be calculated using the formula below. Your stride length is determined by your height and sex.
Steps x Stride Length = Distance Traveled
In this case, I would recommend making sure your personal information is correct. For instructions on how to manage your Fitbit profile, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I change my birthdate, sex, height, or weight?".
If you want to measure and add your own stride length to your Fitbit account, you can do it by following the instructions in this article in the section "Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?"
