Charge 3 not turning on and dark screen

Mine does the same thing every so often, but it's possible to reset it.

What works for me is to place it in the charger, plug it in,  then hold down the button on the side for 10 to 20 seconds, then release.  Wait a few moments and it  should restart itself.   Fingers crossed it works for you too 🤞
