I did a hard reset on my charge 3 last week (fitbit kept dying within 1 day), it worked for a short period of time but now the screen is completely black, but still vibrates when the side button is pushed. I tried plugging it in and holding the button down but no icon shows up. There is no blinking light on the back side either. I tried to reach out to the chat, but apparently it is down.
