4 weeks ago my Charge 3 screen dimmed to nothing. I contacted you & reset, changed clock face etc until it worked again. Since then it has:
run out of battery when charged for hours- reset etc
blank screen & buzzing when side button pressed- reset etc
fitbit 100 on screen for a day- reset etc
lines across screen, first one then several, then a tartan effect! Reset but screen lines remained.
This morning it died. Left it on charge all day but now won’t respond to side button, syncing or buzz when attached to charger. Purchased January 2019.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Charge 3 are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? The Charge 3 won’t respond to anything, even after being plugged in to charger overnight. It really is dead.
So I have purchased a new Charge 4 to replace it as it wasn’t in warranty anymore.
Please tell me if I have to do the firmware update for my new Charge 4, as I am worried that it will have a similar effect & become problematic.
