I'm trying to set up my new Charge 3. I have the app and the C3 is paired with my phone and data is syncing.
However, every time I open the app it says that an update is available. I start the update, a horizontal line appears on the C3 (presumably a progress bar) and about a second later the bar disappears and is replaced by an exclamation mark, which itself disappears and leaves the screen blank. The app keeps trying to perform the update, but no progress is made.
It seems that I can't do anything with the C3 itself (including select a clock face) until I update it, but the update isn't working. Any ideas?

Hi @73CB, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the firmware update issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
