Charge 3 not vibrating and DND greyed out

Hi I have a Charge 3.  It's not vibrating with notifications and the DND is greyed out.  I can't click it back on.  Please help

Thank you for the information provided.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these instructions.

 

Then, please check out if you can turn off/on DND. In addition, please make sure Sleep Mode is turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker please visit this article.
