Charge 3 not vibrating at all

I have tried restarting the device,  check Bluetooth pairing.  I have even removed the device and delete the app.  Nothing has started the Fitbit to vibrate when notifications come in.  I have an IPhone 8.  Can someone tell me how to correct this please?

Hi @Suzvernon. Welcome to the forums!

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. While it's odd that your Fitbit isn't vibrating for your notifications, may I know if it vibrates for silent alarms, reminders to move or when meeting your goal? If that's not the case, please provide me with the model of your Fitbit and confirm if the restart was performed with the steps described in this help article.

I'll look forward to your response.

Hi @Suzvernon. It's great to see you here again.

Thanks for confirming that you have the Charge 3 and steps taken to restart it. Since your tracker isn't vibrating at all, I'd recommend to perform a long restart with the following steps:

  1. Plug your device back into the charging cable and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  2. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  3. The device turns off.
  4. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  5. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  6. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

If the issue persists, please let me know so I can continue working on this matter. By the way, I moved your post to the Charge 3 board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.

Keep me posted.
