Hi. My charge 3 isn’t vibrating when I get notifications doesn’t tell me if I have steps to do 10 min before hour up either I’ve tried all sorts abs nothing Is working

Let me help you with this. Check that your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode or Sleep mode by long pressing the button as this will disable the vibration. Also make sure that your phone isn't in silent mode as this will stop vibrations for notifications.

I am having the same problem..... my Charge 3 not vibrating for the reminder to MOVE at 10 minutes before the hour ? I have checked the Do Not Disturb and the Sleep modes....all are off.

Thank you for following my previous suggestions. I would like you to remove the reminders to move, save and sync then re-add them again, save and sync and see how your tracker behaves. You could also restart your tracker by doing the following:
