My fitbit started having a dull screen with a black stripe on it several months ago. But it still worked so I just didn't use the screen function. Last night at 10:30 pm it synced up but this morning isn't. I get a red explanation mark, saying it can't sync. I tried restarting it as I found those instructions here some of the questions/answers. It still vibrates but I never get a smiley face (and yes, I charged it for 20 mins and then pressed and held the button to try to restart it). I can still seen a screen but now it's very narrow with the black stripe. So, it seems like it has power.
I was going to try changing the clock again, and now it's saying that the device is not found. Is there anything I can do to get it working again? Thanks, Diane
