The new firmware update, that is 1.88.11 is acting up.
The Charge 3 is
- Not responding
- While charging there is random vibrations
- Stuck on a blank screen and only vibrates when you press the side button.
I see that there are a lot of people facing this issue now. Seems to be a common problem.
Could you please revert back to the older firmware version?
Will I be able to download the older version and flash it myself?
Please let me know as at this point, since a few days the Fitbit is unusable

@mskfit Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working after the firmware update. This isn't an expected behavior but I want to note that you can't go back to a previous firmware version. Since you don't mention any troubleshoots I suggest you restart your tracker by doing the following:
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @AlvaroFitbit,
I did do the 8 seconds reset, it gets stuck on the loading bar. Once the smiley came up, but it still did not help.
I went ot Settings -> about -> clear data also
But it still has the same issues.
I am posting some photos here that shows what is happening, unfortunately I cannot upload a video. The fitbit transitions from main screen to the DND page and then back and again.
The fitbit charge 3 is acting up, even without any inputs.

I believe there should be a way to flash and old version onto this. I had no issues whatsoever until November.
This Fitbit is being rendered useless at the moment. I run regularly and I need it to track my progress.
So if you could speak to engineers and provide me with a way to flash the old firmware onto this, that would be great.
I think this is a common problem, as I can see multiple posts regarding such issues on this community regarding fitbit charge 3.
Please help.

@mskfit thank you for troubleshooting this issue and for providing pictures.
The engineers aren't in contact with Support nor would the reach out to you additionally there isn't a process to revert back to a previous firmware as mentioned before. Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
Keep me posted
