My charge 3 stopped working after my swim last week, screen went black and just had a long vibration.
I followed all of the advice, reset it, unplug it, plug it in, clean the points with rubbing alcohol, charge it for 3 days blah blah blah, it sorted itself out and the same thing has happened again today.
I have an open case with support who were not very supportive and again advised I should charge it for 3 days using a different plug as they claimed they could ' see ' it was a low voltage charge, which is absolute flannel as its the same one I have used for the last 6 months without issue.
Very dissapointed as I bought this to track my swim in the first place after my charge 2 also died.
Seriously thinking of doing away with fit bit completely, products just do not hold up.
Any further advice on the merry go round of reset, let it die, recharge for days would be most welcome.
Even after it had sorted itself out and charged to 100% it was dead again the following morning.
