My charge 3 first started not registering heart rate then white lines across the screen. I updated it, synced it, rebooted it with the 15 second instructions atleast 10 times. I charged it up last night to 85% and today the screen is black. It vibes repeatedly all day long. I've tried everything suggested in these forums and its junk! I dont know what to do, I get a discount on my health insurance for syncing my Fitbit to virgin pulse and this thing has been useless for the last few weeks. My app says I have over 500 steps today so far and I've never even put it on because the screen is black!!
